The purpose of this book is to introduce theoretically the system of the Islamic Republic of Iran (sometimes referred to as I.R.I. ), and to provide a brief explanation of the structures of The government established pursuant to about the unanimous demand of the Iranian nation under the leadership of yatull h Khumayn in 1979.
Though it is an important task, providing an academic account of principles and rules of Constitutional law of Iran in full detail is beyond the scope of this book.
Obviously the constitutional law of each country is amendable, when it faces obstacles and practical and theoretical challenges. Similarly, the settlement of such issues has been predicted in the Constitutional Law of Iran, and referred to in some parts of this book.
The present book can be utilized to enhance and deepen cultural relations of countries and is beneficial for the exchange of experiences. We are grateful to Dr. A. S diq Nish t for his efforts in compiling the present book.
